Last updated: September 2026. These terms apply to your use of the Nisro Travel website (nisrotravel.co.uk) and any enquiry or booking made through it.

1. Who we are

Nisro Travel ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based Booking.com affiliate partner. We hand-pick hotels and destinations and point you toward Booking.com and other trusted third parties to complete your booking — we do not sell, arrange, or take payment for travel ourselves.

We do not sell flights, tickets, or hotel rooms. We do not hold an ATOL licence and do not sell package holidays. Every hotel booking and every flight search on this website happens on a third-party website (Booking.com or Skyscanner), directly between you and that provider.

2. Our role in hotel bookings via Booking.com

Nisro Travel is a Booking.com affiliate partner. Where a page includes a "Book hotel on Booking.com" link, clicking it takes you away from our website to Booking.com's own website to search, select and pay for accommodation directly with Booking.com.

When you book through that link:

• Your contract for that booking is with Booking.com (or the property/provider listed on Booking.com), not with Nisro Travel.
• Booking.com handles your payment, confirmation, any changes, cancellations, and refunds for that booking.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of prices, availability, property standards, or customer service once you are on Booking.com's website.
• Any complaint, enquiry or dispute about a booking made through Booking.com should be directed to Booking.com directly, using their own customer service channels and terms of service.
• We may earn a commission from Booking.com when you book through our link. This does not affect the price you pay.

Our role is limited to hand-picking the hotel and providing the link — we do not organise, sell, or take payment for these bookings ourselves.

3. Flight searches via Skyscanner

Where a page includes a "Find cheap flights" link, clicking it takes you to Skyscanner to compare live flight prices for the suggested dates. We do not sell flights or tickets, do not hold or process any flight booking, and have no contract with you for any flight. Skyscanner and the airlines it lists are entirely separate from us, and any booking, payment, or dispute about a flight is between you and them.

Showing a hotel and a flight link together for the same dates does not make this a package holiday. Each is a separate, independent booking made directly with that provider, and we recommend checking each provider's own terms before you book.

4. Enquiries made directly with us

If you contact us directly through our enquiry form to ask a question about a destination or hotel, we will always be clear and upfront with you about exactly what we can and can't help with before you book anything.

5. Prices, dates and ratings

Hotel names and links on our Packages page are real and go directly to that hotel's live page on Booking.com. Ratings and review counts are sourced from Tripadvisor at the time of writing and may have changed since. Suggested dates shown alongside each hotel are calculated automatically to give a realistic example and are not held, reserved, or guaranteed by us — real prices, availability and dates depend on what Booking.com and Skyscanner show you at the time you book.

6. Third-party links and websites

Our website may link to third-party websites, including Booking.com and Skyscanner. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party website. Your use of any third-party website is governed by that website's own terms and privacy policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nisro Travel is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or inconvenience arising from a booking, transaction, or interaction made on a third-party website (including Booking.com or Skyscanner), or from reliance on ratings, dates, or other content shown on this website.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
